Academic Success Center Tutorials Reopen on September 7, 2026.
1. If this is your first booking, you must create an
account with your @nu.edu.kz email address. Click
"Register for an account" on the left panel.
2. The subject is indicated after the name of the tutor.
3. Appointments are Limited to 45 MINUTES Maximum.
The appointment begins promptly at the start of the
hour. At the end of the session, instructors need time to
write their post-session client report form and prepare
for their next tutoring session. PLEASE BE ON TIME.
You will be marked as 'missed' if you are more than ten
minutes late.
4. You must make your appointment at least 4 hours
before the start time. If you must cancel your
appointment, do so at least 2 hours before the
appointment start time, to avoid being marked as
'missed'. After three misses, you are ineligible to use the
tutoring services for the rest of the fall semester.
5. Limit your time working with the tutor to your
appointment time slot.
6. Abide by the Student Code of Conduct while working
with your tutor. Tutors have the right to terminate the
appointment if you do not.
